RECESSION? This Nigeria Musician’s Guitar Was Just Auctioned For N52.1m

Legendary juju maestro, King Sunny Ade, yesterday, had one of his electric guitars auctioned off for a whooping N52.1 Million during his 70th  live birthday concert show ‘Sunny on Sunday’, a

musical festival that celebrated the iconic legend  at the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The auction was directed by a certified auctioneer, Dr  John Ogunbanjo who started the auction bid at 9million and ended at a give away price of 52.1m.

The live birthday concert show anchored by Comedian Mr Tee was attended by who is who in Nigeria and the music industry and boasted of the presence of the likes of Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola, DJ jimmy Jatt, Kollington Ayinla Salawa  Abeni, amongst others.
