Mustapha Audu's Official 'Robust Reply' To Rape Allegations By Sugabelly

Mustapha Audu has finally spoken up on the allegations of rape against him by Sugabelly.

Fast one: the patriarch of the Audu family, Prince Abubakar Audu, dies... Sugabelly celebrates his death and wishes death on his 'monstrous' kids for the alleged crime of gang-raping her... she calls out their friends and cousin as part of the gang-rapist... mocks Mustapha Audu, her ex-lover and alleged arrowhead of the gang of rapist on his father's death... arrowhead's wifey plays the defendant and lays curses on hubby's accuser. Infact, there's been no boring moment since Sugabelly came all out for the Audus.

Back to the moment, while we still eternally await Pastor Biodun of COZA's 'robust reply,  our accused, Mustapha Audu, has finally released a statement regarding the allegations.
Below is the Official statement.
‘I am shocked and disturbed about these allegations
I categorically deny the allegations of rape whilst admitting to a consensual relationship.
I wish to exonerate my brothers and friends of any wrong doing.
I wish to thank my friends and family for their support as we grieve the loss of our father barely a week ago. It is unfortunate that we have to respond to these sort of wild and malicious lies at this time,This is a case of a very troubled young lady who had been stalking me and had at many times in the past tried to contact and blackmail me. she had initially started this a while back, but we chose not to respond out of respect for ourselves and our loved ones. We tried to ignore this as we neither wished to get involved in her fictitious stories nor join issues with her. However events of the past few days has compelled me to defend my honour even in my mourning period as the emails will later show.

These are some of the excerpts from the emails:

“Mustapha.. basically, I just miss you a lot. I don’t know why.. I mean I do know why but I can’t explain why I stop breathing every time I hear your name, even if it’s not about you”

“I don’t know why I decided to call you. It’s been four months since I last heard you speak. I guess I knew to hear you would make me happy, so I did
Say hi to Bashir for me, and to Abdul. Call me Mona”

“you opened the door nearest to me on the ground floor.. Balked when I saw           the bed.. I’ve never been good with beds… they scare me… visions of                     violent rape flood my brain and I get goosebumps… it’s like having no air..             there are reasons for that… perhaps you’ll find out later”

She later said to me that she was raped by her mother then boyfriend at a very tender age, you can now imagine my dismay at reading all her accusations.

I would like to ask, ‘what kind of society do we live in when you are grieving the loss of your father and at the same time some opportunistic blogger is trying to unnecessarily capitalize on this sensitive period in my life to taint me, my family and friends. Sadly the teeming public without any evidence whatsoever or benefit of doubt join the bandwagon of criticism.

I believe the court of public opinion as well as the legal courts will see these stories as false and malicious and declare me innocent.

I hate to think that this is an opportunist move and I would like to put this ugly incident behind me as we continue to mourn.

I have spoken to my lawyer on the best way to handle this matter, thank you.

@Sugabelly's Touching Story - "Audu Abubakar's Sons Used to Take Turns on Me, I Am Happy He Died"

@Sugabelly and Audu Mustapha
Okay, so @Sugabelly has been tweeting and celebrating the death of Kogi's guber candidate, Audu Abubakar, since yesterday because of her ugly encounter with his sons. But  from all I have read up, her encounter with the first son can't be aptly called RAPE but sexual exploitation in its worst form.

Sexual abuse doesn't even cut it as that assumes the guy had used personal, social and physical power to coerce sexual intimacy which is not the case here. I will tell the story here in my own words because the

BABA 2010 SLAMS MTN WITH A N500M COPYRIGHT VIOLATION SUIT TODAY

It must be troubled times for MTN Nigeria, who, despite its raging trillions of Naira battle with the NCC, got slammed with a five hundred Million naira (N500m) copyright violation suit today at the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Recall that Mr. Omenuwoma Okson Dovie AKA Baba 2010', had, through his lawyers, the Barrister Rockson Igelige-led legal team of Felix, Igelige and Associates had served a Notice of Intention to MTN, in the letter dated 6th August, 2015, accusing it of illegally using its client's,  four musical works- Gentleman, Omotena, Twisted, Unity Song- as caller tunes/ringtones without authorization from the musician. The telecommunications company  has been using all four of Baba 2010's allegedly 'stolen' musical works as callertunes/ringtone for well over three years upon the payment of N50 subscription fee.

The Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) had afterwards invited Baba 2010's lawyers to the Commission on Thursday, 3rd of September, 2015, after which the Commission's prosecution department asked MTN's Chief Executive Officer, Mr M. Ikpoki to appear before it by 11am on Monday 28th September.

The copyright infringement allegation has finally climaxed today as two of Baba 2010's lawyers, Barr. Ogaga Ifowodo and Barr. Rockson Igelige, filed a N500M copyright violation suit against MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd. Talk about Omenuwoma Okson Dovie aka Baba 2010 VS MTN Nigeria Communications Limited: Suit no FHC/ABJ/CS/895/15.

The Plaintiff's first claim as contained in the suit is as follows:
(a) A DECLARATION that Copyright in the four songs namely "Gentleman”, “Omotena”, “Twisted”, and “Unity Song” contained in the plaintiff's 2005 Compact Disc album entitled "Twisted", reproduced, stored electronically and sold by the Defendant to its million of subscribers or customers nationwide upon the payment of N50 each for one month subject to another N50 monthly renewal charge, as ring-back tones or caller tunes, belongs to the Plaintiff.
